i love this twice comeback so much because there was so much to take away from it in my opinion... i love the fact that nothing’s gendered in the song or even necessarily romantic. a friend can make you feel special, even you can lift yourself up and make yourself special. or it really still could be applied to your significant other no matter their gender identity... it’s easy for this song to remind you of absolutely anyone you love and that’s so so sweet.
