With her innocent tone and grateful look, our little girl, Sanabel, summed up a story of pain far bigger than her young age—holding a vegetable basket as if it were the most precious thing she owned in this world.

Sanabel is not just fighting hunger; 🚨 HER SMALL BODY IS BEING RAVAGED BY TWO CHRONIC ILLNESSES AT ONCE 🚨 celiac disease and diabetes, in a place completely stripped of the most basic necessities for medical care and safe food.

⚠️ EVERY WRONG BITE COULD COST SANABEL HER LIFE ⚠️ and every single day without specialized food means a night of severe agony for her family.

Thanks to your compassionate hearts and continuous support through the Chuffed platform, alongside the efforts of the Nour El Shams team, we were able to draw this shy smile on her face and provide her with what keeps her safe.

But the story does not end here...

Behind Sanabel, there are hundreds of innocent eyes of sick children, filled with fear, waiting anxiously for their turn.
