“did you just—-” hugo looked at wally blinking a couple times and stared at his features for a moment. going outside did sound fun– but he didn’t trust wally to be out there right now of all people mostly because he was certain that he was drunk. “or- or we can stay inside near the fire where it’s war and no one will freeze to death.” this was coming from the dude that grew up in the bitter cold of canada. he loved it, but he knew that he needed to keep an eye on wally tonight. “we can make nice hot chocolate and just stay in because it’s warm and out there is colder than my heart and i don’t want to babysit you the entire time we’re outside.” 

“i feel like i surprise you.” wally still had his bright smile on his face, wondering if the man was going to finish his sentence. was hugo really going to prevent him from going outside? it looks like it was going to be that way. “what? i didn’t just drink half a four loco and got high to sit inside.” his words were slightly slurred but this was common for him. he gave a puppy dog frowny face. “babysit? that last line hurt. fine. but let’s at least drink more.”

sorry for not being on the past few days. i was in the hospital over the weekend (im a type one diabetic) and had been having some problems which required hospitalization.

Wally didn’t care what room he was put in. He packed enough clothes for a week and packed another bag full of alcohol and weed for the trip. Wally had a dab pen that he had been hitting out of, and whatever strand of weed it was went perfectly with his alcohol drinking. He was already fucked up when he arrived, his big brother had to help him find a coat in his closet through the mess that was his room.

He had a coat, gloves, and beanie hat on and was fully prepared to go out in the snow just to fuck around. He spotted Hugo near the door. “This weed is making me powerful, man.” Wally chuckled, putting his hands up in the air. “You want to go have a snowball fight?”

“It’s been hurting for a week? I mean, any sort of check-up or clinic is probably going to ask for insurance.” Melanie pursed her lips together so she could think more. “You could walk into immediate care and just tell them that you have no insurance. Can you move your hand at all and is the pain all over your hand or is it isolated?” She asked, most of her knowledge coming from her freshman and sophomore year of biology gen eds

He nodded along, as it pretty much was hurting to move but nothing he hadn’t been able to handle. “That will probably be the best option.” Wally had passed his biology class freshman year with a C, and that was because he had a tutor that had been able to work with him. For some reason he’d always been awful with math and science. “It doesn’t kill me, but it hurts pretty bad. Being in greek life and being myself means I make stupid decisions when I’m dared.”

thomas had a massive headache. hunched over, bundled up in a fluffy coat that he walked out of burlington coat factory with the other week during a busy christmas sale– people hadn’t even had a chance to notice. hands digging deep into his pockets because they were cold, so so cold. coughing into his sleeve, the pi tau looked up briefly in time to catch the weird interaction wally had with the ditzy sorority girl who apparently couldn’t decide if someone just hit her with something or not. “why you throwing shit, man? that’s just rude.” thomas questioned his friend in a low tone, bending down to retrieve the trash and toss it into the garbage can wally missed.

His eyes were drawn to the other’s body and how well his clothes fit him. He couldn’t help but lick his lips and wear the faintest smirk on his face. “Are you sure?” he asked in response to the other’s level of messiness, laughing a little bit. “I don’t care, Wally. I appreciate you for who you are, y’know? You’re bold and out there and just… you,” he struggled to find the right adjectives to explain the man in front of him but he figured he got the point across well enough. He grinned when he accepted his offer, nudging his head down one street. “Then lets go back to mine and have some. Promise you’re not gonna black out or throw up or something though.” He was sure that Wally could handle his liquor yet was unaware of how much to drink he had so far. “Probably one of the most influential dictators in world history too. It’s a little strong though so beware.”

“Yeah I’m looking forward to hanging out with you this semester. You were definitely one of the things I missed about this school the most,” he admitted, now drawn to the other from their constant communication through social media. For the most part he left Yale behind so Wally was one of few people he kept up with regularly. “Trust me I do what I can to stay out of the drama fold. I do anything in my power to try to know everything going on but stay far away from it.” He smiled as he walked alongside the other back to the Delta Sig house. “Please don’t tell me you were involved in a lot of drama. Is there going to be an angsty ex-boyfriend of yours trying to fight me?” he asked curiously as he saw the house come into view. He opened the door to the house, holding it open for Wally. 

“I’m wrong a lot of the time, so, hopefully.” Wally said, being absolutely honest. There wasn’t really much of a reason for him to lie about much, and he was so honest with himself that it was comedic in his own opinion. “Thank you! I stress myself out all the time.” He grinned innocently as his eyes looked around the both of them - he wasn’t the best at looking at one thing for a long period of time without his eyes wondering. “No, no, no. I can handle about 2 of these before I start seeing the world as a merry go round.” Most of the time one four loco just made him very talkative. “I’m ready for this. You’ve already gotten my hopes up.”

“Back at you. You being gone made this place a lot empty, probably because you can get me to sit down.” Wally was constantly keeping updates, as he practically lived on his phone and didn’t hesitate to leave comments and such. “I’m way too involved in my own world to get into everyone else’s drama. Normally I just laugh from afar.” It was true. “Ex-boyfriend? I’ve been single since the day I was born.” He shrugged, giving the man a wink as he walked into the house. “And I’m sure you could take most people at this school if not all.”

Wally knew the girl was something with a N as a major, and he automatically figure that it would be nursing. “Hey, you’re something with medical right? Okay, so, the other night i punched a wall and it’s been hurting for a week. Please don’t tell me I’ll need to use my parent’s insurance to get it looked it.”

Wally had been walking around his fraternity house, just because he loved walks when he was stoned - they were among the best ways for him to clear his mind. He had randomly been picking up rocks, trying his best to throw them at a trash can in hopes of hitting inside the can that was across the street - as he was easily entertained by a lot of things.

He managed to throw one rock that hit a sorority girl that was moving back in, thankfully only hitting her in the back. Wally did a quick turn around, acting like he hadn’t seen the entire altercation but managed to see that Tom had saw it as he was walking past. The girl turned the other way and Wally did a giant celebratory movement. “Didn’t hit the trash can but still hit a moving target by accident. That counts, right?” He said, looking at Tom with a laugh.

wally’s sudden movements and sayings had cesar laughing hysterically. left hand still gripped around the other male, he used the right to hold wally’s chin for leverage, giving him a small peck on the lips. “you don’t gotta ask me twice.” he giggled, surprised by the glass in the state that he was in. “aw, so cute.” cesar blushed a little bit more, eyes moving back and forth from the other’s lips to the shot glass, he downed it and placed it on the table adjacent the duo. sooner or later, the fast-paced crescendoing beats of house music soon transitioned into a slower, romantic tune that had all the emotional drunks off their rockers. when all was said and done, the man held wally close and bit his lip. “wanna get out of here, toots?” he suggested, their noses touching as they were so close. the smell of alcohol invaded his smell, but his sight was focused on one thing and one thing only - wally. “i got a little surprise for you of my own.” lips whispering to the other, another grab at his ass.

wally was great at moving in all the right places, as he’d been shaking his ass since high school when he joined the cheerleading team. the peck on the lips was only a small part of a whole that he wanted. each movement managed to be one big tease for him, but he loved the build up.  the blush on both of their faces were from one another, and wally was loving it. he continued moving to the music, still eager to get this boy out of here so wally could show him the world.  the music went slower and already wally was slowly moving to the beat, alcohol hitting him more but a good enough of a buzz for him to be mostly in control. he smiled with the invitation to leave, his eyelids were low from the weed but still showed just how an awe he was. “you’re reading my mind, babe.” he wanted to just rush in and attack the male with his lips but knew that he wouldn’t leave because they’d be all over.  wally was only getting more and more turned on, keeping his hands wherever he could on cesar. “please...let’s get the fuck out of here because i’m about to tear this shirt off you.” wally pulled the man towards the door, pushing past people outside as he pulled cesar in for a big kiss. “my place..your place...just anywhere because i need this surprise.” his hands were on the man’s buttons, just getting one top button down. “i don’t plan on sleeping tonight and you shouldn’t either.”

“If you were a psychic you should be putting your gifts towards things more important than me,” he joked, already thinking about the possibilities with the stock market. Vinny couldn’t help but develop a smirk at the compliment, licking his lips. “I’m pretty sure you were the one who started the shirtless picture trend, Wally.” He wasn’t complaining though - he welcomed every single one of those Snaps. “But you can’t even blame me, it gets hot in Asia.” The term four loko walk allowed Vinny to put two and two together and just chuckle. “I thought I smelled alcohol on your breath but I wasn’t sure. Four Loko though?” He scrunched up his nose at it, barely being able to tolerate cheap beer. “If you’re going to be drunk you might as well drink something good. Do you wanna try some fancy vodka from Mongolia? It’s named after Genghis Khan,” he explained as if it were the most fascinating thing in the world.

He burst out into laughter at the story. “You’re doing God’s work because those girls are trifling. Especially when they try to get drinks for their friends too.” He chuckled. “I bet you drew a lot of looks with your dancing.” The other had a way to command attention that Vinny just admired. “It’s bittersweet. Part of me just wanted to stay abroad forever. Everywhere I went there was a new adventure and it was insane but part of me missed Yale too.”

“i have a great body as you told me, i wanted you to really get a good look.” wally shrugged, putting his hands on his chest to really add expression to his words. he was even sure that vinny may have screenshotted one of them, which wasn’t a problem because wally was a big victim of screenshots. “i don’t blame you at all” he nodded his head, not ashamed of him drinking a four loco. “if i knew i was going to run into you i would have just settled for a beer. i promise i’m usually not this much of a mess outside of closed doors.” or maybe he was, he never really listened to what people said about him because he already got anxiety from what he thought they were saying. “excuse me, four locos are a gift from the gods.” he nodded his head, putting his hand on vinny’s shoulder. “i’m always down for an alcohol named after a dictator.”

He was glad he could make the other laugh. “Yeah, girl’s, especially sorority girls, are wild.” Wally was 100 percent homosexual, and always felt the need to scream it when he with other females. “Probably. I usually get black out...but from what i remember i get some stares.” He chuckled. “Well now we get to hang out so that’s one benefit. Though, now you’re back into the drama fold.”

wally had been walking around the fraternity house with a joint in his hand, wearing nothing but his boxers. he had control of the fraternity speaker system, and decided to pester whoever had been sitting inside the living room watching the television.

he quickly decided to play the song ‘old time rock and roll.’ imitating the famous dance that he even decided to take a pair of plastic ‘rush zte’ sunglasses the recruitment chairmen had purchased a couple years ago. wally slid into the room just like the video, and played off the entire part wearing nothing but his boxers and long pair of green songs.

when he was finished, he took a bit hit of the joint in his hand. he took off his sunglasses to reveal just how high he was. “oh shit, hey asher. how’d you like the show?”

wally had woken up from a drunken night at the bars, as he always managed to get in because of his fake idea. for some reason he woke up on the floor of hugo’s room. his button-up shirt was completely unbuttoned, and his hair was a complete mess. the two were fraternity’s brothers so he was aware of wally passing out in random places in the house, and wally had done this many times for some reason.

he had been laying on his wallet, as if he’d been using it as a pillow. he looked up to see the other male across the room. “oh no....” wally put his hand over his head. “did i lock myself out of my room again? please don’t tell me i ranted to you about my parents again until i fell asleep..”

Returning to campus brought up a mix of feelings that Vinny didn’t quite know how to navigate, walking the streets of New Haven carefully as memories came back to him. It was eerie how unfamiliar it still felt and he was taken aback by his name being called. He looked up and smiled at the sight of Wally, the exuberant cheerleader who had caught his eye while abroad. “Wally,” he smiled, his entire face changing at the sight of him.

“A dream? Nope… it’s me in the flesh. I’m back for the semester but it’s only been like a day,” he grinned, greeting the other with a hug. “I’m glad I can see you again. It’s been a pretty long time. You busy right now? We can catch up,” he offered casually. “How have you been though? Still getting yourself into trouble everywhere you go?” he teased. He liked that about Wally - he was out there and fun in a way that Vinny wasn’t.

Wally winked at the male, “In the flesh.” He put his four loco filled thermos at the side of his backpack, figuring that he should wait a little while longer. He was well aware that Vinny knew about his love of alcohol and weed, as Wally had always put it on his story not worried about the wrong people seeing because he had them muted.

He chuckled, “that’s great because for a second there I thought I was psychic.” A part of his brain was telling him to stop drinking, but he told it to fuck off in his own mind. Wally returned the hug, giving another added pat on the back before breaking away. “I know right, it wasn’t fun just speaking through social media apps and facetime -especially when you were sending me shirtless pictures.” Wally made it known with his eyes that he had been checking him out. “Not busy at all, i was going on what i call a four loco walk. I love doing it because I never know who I’m going to encounter and it’s just hilarious to see people realize i’m drunk.” Wally smiled with a toothy grin.

“Me? I never cause trouble.” Wally raised his hands innocently. “Well, last night I got so drunk I walked around and kept telling people ‘beware of gold diggers’ which pissed off this girl that just goes to the bars for free drinks. Aside from that it’s just the usual. I danced my ass off.” He chuckled at his own antics. “Are you glad to be back? I feel like people always go abroad and never want to come back.”

he had his airpods in, drinking a four loco out of his thermos. he had been on his phone on facetime with one of his friends talking about some drama going on in another sorority. “yeah, apparently she had a threesome with a bunch of-” when wally looked up, he saw a very familiar face. “charlie, sorry, i have to call you back.”

wally smiled, his teeth were even showing. “vinny?” he exclaimed, his look being confused. “oh my god, i totally thought i dreamed seeing a post that you flew back in but you’re actually here. glad i can see you’re handsome face again.”
