Grace stared at the figure at the end of the hallway, after it had been weeks of avoiding him. He couldn't bring himself not the stare at the way his hair fell on his shoulders, the way he stood firm. Those deep abyssal eyes that he could get lost in, yet..it pained him deeply.

When Rocky and Grace discovered the man, he was barely conscious, the thick, viscous blood clung to his skin like a parasite. It was hard to stomach the sight of him, his left arm ripped off, his face covered in scars and teeth tearing through the skin of his cheek. They couldn't believe he was human at first, but Rocky had said his heart rate and body 'sounded just like Grace'.

When Armmondo finally cleaned and bandaged the wounds, it was then Grace saw his face clearly..even with the teeth and healed over scars, the man looked just like...him.

It scared grace and made him spiral into a panic attack. He cowered in the bathroom for hours, his breathing unsteady and his mind spinning. It wasn't possible,It shouldn't be possible.

There under all the blood and scars,Was Grace's late husband...Simon.
