smoke 'em if you got 'em

zack ordered some cookie dough bites, "do you put shit in the popcorn?" he asked, immediately biting his tongue. "i've never mixed popcorn with anything if you can believe it, but if you like it, we can dump the candy in." he couldn't help but smile, and almost, blush at the compliment skye had given him. "well, going out is an expierence, can't take you to the movies without showing off a little bit, cmon--" he reached his hand out for her, as he walked deeper into the building, towards their theater.

zack chuckled, again, shrugging. "little weekend trip, got that Tony Khan pay bump so i'm able to take trips, which is good." not that he was financially destitute in TNA, "this might sound, like, fucking corny, but i've made it a personal mission to know myself by the end of the summer. like, who i am at the CORE, what do i want? what do i need? only way to do that is to ... spend time with yourself, i suppose" the waiter came back with their drinks and the edamame. "i'll just get the potstickers---actually, wait no, i'll also get the beef and brocolli too. please," smiling wide as holland also ordered. "i don't really know callum, but i feel like he looks like you more than him."

at the mention of food, zack immediately stood at attention. "i would love to join you, what do you need me to carry?" hands at the ready for whatever he was getting handed ... and off they went. "i'm assuming you want, like, nicer airport food. there's gotta be one of those sit-down fake tapas places here..." opening his phone to google the airport's amenities. "can't have the baby eating airport mcdonald's, he'd, probably like explode."

they headed towards the food counter, zack ordered them a large popcorn, a large icee, a water … “what snacks do you want?” waiting for her to order, of course, zack paid. “okaaaay, we’re theater 13 … and the seats are like, up in the back corner, optimal viewin' experience.”  doing a ‘ok’ hand symbol. “what’s your favorite jackass movie?” 

he saw Holland, at least he hoped it was Holland, calm and collected, but definitely panic in her eyes. "uh yeah, hi. I'm Zack —" Instinctively reaching out his hand for her to shake, only to see it occupied with her newborn son. "Ohhh, you had the baby, that's amazing. congrats congrats. he looks like an angel." voice getting softer the more she rocked him. "freakin' flights, aye? dookie." shaking his head. "are you gonna try to find a hotel, or ... show this little guy all the luxuries of the airport?" joking, in hopes to lighten the mood.

still, he couldn’t help but feel a little dopey, finishing a roach in the outdoor parking lot, watching skye walk up to him.  “hi hi, oh, shit.” he said, end of the joint falling out of his mouth, zack helplessly stomped it out. “how are you? excited, hyped?!”  should he go in for the hug  … or would he be a creep, his bouncing-up-and-down should show just how excited he was to see the new movie a second time. “i already got the tickets, but i didn’t want to get any treats without you … but that ICEE, will be procured”
