News from Anime Boston! MangaTokyo reported on the panel held by President of Studio BONES Masahito Minami, who stated that the first Eureka seveN Hi Evolution film will be released in Fall 2017 in Japan and simultaneously in:
“North America, the UK, France, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and more. Funimation is in charge of North American releases. Distribution in North America has been confirmed so please sit tight for more news.”
Additionally, the first film will reveal:
“・Hammerhead A new craft which appears in ‘First Summer of Love.’ Designed by Yutaka Izubuchi.
・Devilfish It is the Terminus that Holland Novak piloted in the TV series, but its gold version will appear this time. I can’t go into too much detail but please look forward to it.
・Eureka Eureka’s pilot suit from ‘First Summer of Love.’
・Adrock Renton’s father. In the TV series, he only appeared in pictures or flashbacks, but this time we plan to have him actively involved in ‘First Summer of Love.’
・Nirvash This is a brand new setting which hasn’t been released before, even in Japan. It is a new setting of the Nirvash depicted in ‘First Summer of Love.’ I can’t show you now, but please look forward to the action scenes in the movie.”
