This is basically what my physical therapist had me do for my back problems last year and it helped with the pain so much! Also walk for at least thirty minutes a day, even if it's just in small chunks throughout the day.

After weeks the batteries in my keyboard finally died. I flipped it over, opened the compartment and there was just ooze inside?

Not horrible, it was at least 9yo and I had a backup.

Of course the backup wasn't ergonomic and had a different layout so I kept hitting page up instead of end.

I got a new keyboard today, it's almost identical to the old one, but the keys are a little stiffer and the mouse is a little more squat and clicky.
