And, don't get it twisted, I DON'T like tiny, skinny, hairless men. My type tends to be thick to some degree (with fat &/or muscle) I just find him personally unattractive. Also, it's just too much, I think bulges work better at being & appearing sexy & being physically appealing versus... what looks like a raging hard on. Its shape is just too stiff & aggressive & makes me feel disgusted instead of turned on. He's TOO thick also, like Hulk thick, which I understand that there are people who do find him attractive but I don't but that's not a new thing a lot of the designs for the men in that game are like that.

Which is why I think it's pretty asinine when people get upset about people having fun with recipes that are simple & changing them up for whatever reason. One that annoys me personally is seeing Mexicans get upset if refried beans aren't made with lard... Lard isn't a sacred part of refried beans, Lard was/is used BECAUSE ITS CHEAP & PLENTIFUL & probably also because it adds flavor but regardless you can still make refried beans WITHOUT LARD!!! Not everyone has to use Lard or be okay with using Lard, Lard isn't even the cheapest/easiest option for some people or places & that's actually why it was/is a staple in Mexico & other places because it was cheap & easily accessible!!!

The story doesn't ever say this, if you've never watched the show I can get why you would think this that though & I know where you got that idea from considering a LOT of fans are running with & promoting that mindset but the show AND Goose never say this (also maybe don't speak about something if you don't actually know anything about it & haven't done any sort of research besides reading shallow social media posts, maybe)! The show literally demonstrates that Jax was actually not a huge jerk/abusive at one point while in the circus & I do believe it's important to point that out.

One of the things the show takes time to highlight throughout the story was how the circus seems to only enable Jax's worst qualities. This setting seems to only give him an easy excuse to use for when things get too emotionally difficult for him to handle. He willingly leans into this fictional cartoon-like world & his avatar so he doesn't have to actually deal with the consequences of his actions or the emotions that come with that. We also need to take into consideration that Jax is made from a brain scan most likely of Leeroy's most vulnerable time in her life... I think it only makes sense that Jax was only ever going to get worse due to that & being in environment like the Digital Circus.

So, with all that in mind, it's reasonable to believe Leeroy would most likely not be anywhere near as bad as Jax was & might not ever even end up becoming like Jax due to being in the real world (but it is possible she could get or become worse for other reasons BUT she at least doesn't have circus to use as an excuse). I would also like to point out how Leeroy being comfortable enough to start transitioning in the real world seems to be a result of her getting support from a friend/s & getting a job to provide for herself which only helps prove the point that the story isn't claiming that transitioning fixes all your problems & Leeroy seems to actually be taking the correct steps toward getting better here at least.

Some might use this image as an example which I guess is possible but, tbf, it's never stated anywhere in this post or the included art that transitioning is SPECIFICALLY what made her not a huge piece of shit. All this says is IF Jax wasn't a huge piece of shit not IF Jax transitioned & because of that stopped being a huge piece of shit. + the entire premise of the show is about being there for others, making community, & such & Jax is clearly demonstrated as a cautionary tale of what happens when you reject that & choose to not get better or work on yourself.

My other one is that I do think there was a lot left unexplored specifically regarding Kinger & Caines relationship. Considering how Caine felt about being abandoned & Kinger literally making him (partially) I would expect Caine to have more focus on him even if just slightly, whether it be animosity or resentment or even just something like a child wanting their parents to acknowledge them & because of that focus on Kinger a tad bit more, something! The same could be said about Kinger, he never seems to have much of an opinion on Caine, despite what happened with his wife & how Caine handled her it doesn't seem to phase him much in terms of his feelings towards Caine. He does seem to have a neutral/positive attitude toward him though, mostly based on how he did say that he was his greatest achievement & seemed to not want to actually hurt or delete kill Caine despite well... everything Caine has done (literally everything not just the intentional torture stuff which we don't even know if Kinger is aware of). But we could argue that was mainly because Caine is the one who made & controls the circus & Kinger is aware that this would have negative repercussions. Regardless it just seems like they should have more thoughts & feelings going on between them but there just isn't.

I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone really talk about this part. I just figure more people would be considering it's pretty funny, but the only thing I've seen so far is just people talking about how it's nice seeing Caine listen to the others or that Caines is SO scared of Zooble which... no, when has ever been scared of Zooble? Right in this exact scene he is, but pretty sure that's only because he's afraid of something he knows Zooble is definitely going to ask for at some point (you know, SEX, lol). He literally looks like he's bracing himself for what they are possibly about to say too!

Some might think he was just getting overwhelmed & so Zooble just accidentally startled him but he did not jump at all or do much of anything when Kinger literally popped up out of the ground under a pile of pillows. He does seem more overwhelmed but there really isn't that different of a response, ESPECIALLY if we compare it to his response to Zooble.

This is for those who are in denial about Jax being trans because of all the continued use of he/him in the show & other related stuff & for those who think it's incorrect/misgendering to ever use he/him for Jax (by anyone including the show itself). While I don't believe it's wrong at all to use she/her & believe it makes perfect sense to refer to Jax that way, I also don't believe it's wrong to use he/him either. Again, he was closeted & still uncomfortable fully accepting that part of himself (or at least Jax was) so it makes sense why he/him would still be used.

I do (kind of) get it if you've ONLY ever interacted with the show and nothing else. I can see why some might not see it as obvious but even then, again, if you've seen the movie & STILL think it's just a theory/hc people are rolling with for only personal reasons & not something that has been heavily laid out for us, the audience, to conclude, you are just in denial of the reality of what Jax's character was always meant to be & represent.

Most of this denial does come from transphobia & probably transmisogyny tbh & plenty who don't want to admit that they are transphobic will deny this reality too but it's the biggest & easiest way to explain why so many refuse to believe what's basically been confirmed. People also don't realize you can still be transphobic or just a bigot without being directly & outright hateful & hostile.

This isn't necessarily a bad thing, tbh, people can have their own opinions on things regardless of why & especially if kept private BUT the problem is this kind of thing tends to VERY much come from fan entitlement over a creator's work that they will choose to voice publicly & make it other peoples problem. For some reason, fans tend to think they know & deserve these characters & stories more than the creators themselves who made them & form these parasocial relationships with them. Treating them like they are almost real human beings but treating the real humans that made them like shit *insert Alex Hirsch's tweet.* With TADC The Last Act reactions I'm reminded of this phenomena. People are allowed to not like the last episode but it does annoy me when their reasons aren't very good reasons especially if they don't make sense with the story being told.

I'm not a Jax fan, and while I did like him better after the ending I also still wouldn't say I'm a fan of his because personally i had my own "Jax" (a repressed/closeted queer kid with a not great home life who took shit out on others) in my life when I was young, not NEARLY as bad as him of course but regardless they were kind of shitty to me. So, I have never personally been a fan of characters like this since I have been a victim of them & because normally they usually tend to be excused or forgiven in the easiest way possible. However, when it came down to the series I didn't feel like they excused him, explaining WHY he was the way he was does not equal being excused and what happened to him was not a punishment either or maybe it was but one by his own hands though, one he chose because ultimately he was always meant to be a cautionary tale. He chose to go down a self destructive route & demolish everything & everyone who got in his way instead of improving despite all the people around trying to help, because ultimately you can only do so much for someone who doesn't want help.
