[TESTING] Sims 3 1.67 Smoothness Patch
Yeah, you read correctly, I said Sims 3 :)
This patch makes the game’s threads all run at full speed, which speeds up some loading, makes things like UI animations run at an uncapped framerate and overall makes the game smoother.
Like my Sims 2 patches of this kind, it requires a cracked TS3W.exe to work!
It might work on versions older than 1.67, but it was unsuccessful on 1.69
Download: SFS / Dropbox
Simply unzip, run the executable and locate your “The Sims 3/Game/Bin/TS3W.exe”
The changes are most noticeable in CAS: Smoother body sliders, Sim rotation and quicker loading of clothes.

It will make a TS3W.bak file in case it doesn’t work or you wish to go back to the original executable for any reason.
This is still in testing, some things or mods might not work properly.
An old tweet from thepancake1 made me give this a shot, as he hadn’t released any downloads or information on how to achieve it.
