Hiiiii!!! I feel really bad for having to do this, but with how expensive everything is, there isn't much else I can do for a solution. I grew up with two cats. One of them passed away early this year, and the other is now living with my girlfriend. This second one recently went missing for a couple of days, but when he was found, it was quickly found out that he had broken one of his hind legs. ( We suspect he likely got hit by a car but we're not sure. ) He's an old man, 15 years old, so we were already looking at the options with uncertainty. But we decided to give reconstruction of the bone a chance anyway. This was gonna happen earlier today, but when they were preparing him for surgery, his blood level and blood pressure went incredibly low. Now they suspect there might be more going on and are gonna keep him at the hospital for 24 hours.
All this is to say, this is all incredibly expensive, and we don't know how much of it we can afford. The prices are;
Emergency room: 950 euros
Hospitalisation: 1500-2000 euros
Surgery: 3200-3600 euros

Two updates;
The surgery has changed from a reconstruction to an amputation.
He's going to need a blood transfusion or he wont survive the surgery.
Unfortunately, he has the rare blood type B. Which means it's going to cost another 2000 euros. This will be taking a huge chunk out of savings. So I am feeling very desperate.

If he didn't know any better he'd say that Charizard was the one in charge here. He smiles amused watching them interact. He was a bit familiar with that with his own Pokemon. Garchomp was always the same with him too bossing him about. He watched the both of them amused as he takes a sip of his water as he listens to Friede.

Friede's proud of him. He's proud of all the crew's kids and how far they've come in such a relatively short amount of time. But that pride is quickly swallowed by his own mounting embarrassment once again, the growing anxiety that Roy could've let more slip than Friede himself would have been comfortable with.
He was presumed dead, after all, and what point would there be in keeping the secrets of a dead man?
