I managed to find the product - Anchor Hi-Melt Processed Cheddar Cheese. It says that the cheese has a mild to medium cheddar flavour and smooth, buttery texture. These cheese 🧀 blocks are suitable for valued-added meat and poultry products and bakery applications. Country of origin is New Zealand.

Salps are gelatinous animals that live in the open ocean, but are closely related to the "sea squirts" (tunicates) seen in tidepools. Colonial salps often form long chains, with new animals budding off from others in the chain. They can reach up to 15m long and are one of the fastest-growing animals on the planet. Salps rhythmically contract their bodies to propel themselves through the ocean and pump water through their guts, filtering out microscopic algae and other tiny organisms for food. They play an essential role in mitigating climate change as their fecal pellets are full of carbon and sink rapidly to the sea floor, sequestering that carbon for decades or even centuries to come.

Someone special arrived today... "Pathfinder" the Thylacine by Charlie Bears. Pre ordered for a year or so!

She has... A SURPRISE POUCH. I didn't expect this detail, it's not big enough for her to be a hand puppet but it's spacious enough to hide secrets inside. It does look slightly obscene (thylobscene), but a brave and bold choice from the designer Isabelle Lee, I admire her dedication to accuracy.

One thing of note with this plush is that the nose is very "compressed".

Being a plush meddler, I made the choice to free her snoot from the tyranny of thread sculpting with the intent of re-sculpting her head myself.

However after fishing out all these threads from below her chin I'm actually happy with her new deeper snoot and it didn't seem to affect anything else, so I didn't need to do any more sculpting after all.

Her eyes also were a little marked with ink from where they applied her eyeliner, I ended up cleaning her eyes with alcohol and blending the markings a bit more in the process.
