i’m going to say this once. i’m here just as a person, a random fan, and as a random fan of this artist i just want to stand up for umary. she doesn’t have tumblr, but it doesn’t mean she’s not aware of it and what happens here, doesn’t mean she’s not aware of stuff that might happen on instagram either. not telling the full story how and why this account exactly, but triggered.
fandom or not fandom, but a whole load of people re-posted her arts without permission a fucking billion times. i lost count to posts with no credits or just her name underneath or some bullshit.
at what stage we as people started to lose respect for original artists? i just don’t understand what makes you think it’s ok to treat original artists this way. what is this ignorance? if so, i dare you, just take you computer or laptop or whatever, open damned photoshop and with your mouse, g-pen or whatever try to imitate at least one of these drawings. make an attempt. after five minutes and a godly realization that it takes skills, it takes time etc. maybe then you’ll start consider artist’s feelings a bit more.

it actually takes little effort to actually find the artist and ask for permission. five minutes, one mail. and do the right thing, you know.
why am i so triggered? as i said, i’m a fan of this person’s art and i’m well aware that she once stopped posting her works and i’m well aware of the reason why it happened. and if she decides to stop posting again… be sure, i’ll be thinking of you.. for long hours (≖‿≖ )
