The Transformation of the Journey So I’ve taken the time to reflect on my entrepreneurial journey over the past 7.5 years. It’s clear that success as an entrepreneur is progressive like baby steps. It’s also taught me that every level of success brings its own set of obstacles but it also exposes lessons. The lesson can include personal development and growth lessons. They can include the shift of mindset and thought process. There are transitions where your evaluations process and how you interpret things change. For some of you reading, you may not understand yet because you’re still on the rise of your uplevel, based on your own journey. Some of you will instantly GET IT because you're on the other side of success; the side where you’ve accomplished a goal that you’ve set for yourself and that goal has helped you shift and grow. Here is the joy of it all..... ready? No matter where you are, you’re destined for growth and advancement. This “other side” of success is called your reaping season and for me, it’s in alignment with my word for 2019 which is ABUNDANCE! The secret to success to is where to allocate your time in business. If you’re not willing to put in the effort, don’t expect it in return. What you focus on expands. You should be spending the largest percentage of your time on revenue generating activities. I want you to commit on assessing what you do on a daily basis in business and determine what you can delegate. You’ll notice that it’ll free up your time to focus on how to grow your business. Think about it - Employeepreneur can get you to five figures, Implementers can get you to six figures but a CEO runs a seven-figure business. You can’t jump from five to seven figures without making your operation (systems and processes) your priority.
