Facing fear//Encarando o medo . . Last week I did my first trail by myself. Literally. No other humans on the same trail. Five miles in the dunes of White Sands in New Mexico, barefoot. Yoga is what I did when I finished, both because my body was sore as hell and also because I just felt so connected. And just as I was facing many fears back then, I am facing now the fear of putting myself out there. Being vulnerable, making posts with personal content. Yoga is a part of who I am and my body is my vehicle to do what I love, paint. So, there you go, my first—and hopefully not last—post about me! . . . Semana passada eu fiz minha primeira trilha solo. Literalmente. Não tinha nenhum humano por perto. Oito kilometros descalça nas dunas de White Sands, em New Mexico.
