you’ll always be there to lighten the load. even if they push you away at first. whether it be because they think they should handle it alone. or because they’re scared the truth will make you think less of them.

imagine your f/o tending to a wound of yours. making sure it’s clean before bandaging it, holding your hand if it stings. always careful not to pull the bandages too tight, they don’t want you to be uncomfortable
