reminder that your f / o wants you to get rest! don’t overwork yourself , take some time to relax & unwind every now and then.

for those times where you can’t sleep , your f / o would love to just hold you in their arms , humming until you doze off . . . just remember that your f / o cares about your wellbeing and they want you to take care of yourself! letting yourself rest isn’t selfish , never forget!

f / o who gently fixes your posture when you are slouching , their cold hands sliding up your back to guide your shoulders back.

but . . . instead of pulling away after correcting you , they just leave their hands there , leaning down to press a soft kiss to the nape of your neck.

f / o who notices you are having a high - anxiety day and silently takes over your chores without saying a word. you find your tea perfectly brewed , your favorite blanket laid out , and a quiet space prepared for you , all done with their signature quiet devotion!

imagine . . . sitting on the floor between f / o ' s knees while they review a stack of historical documents or sheet music. they are radiating a quiet , intense focus , their eyes completely locked onto whatever they’re reviewing.

but without them even realizing it , their fingers gently untangle a lock of your hair. they carefully weave it between their fingers , smoothing down the strands with their thumb over and over again in a rhythmic , soothing motion.

if you tilt your head back to look at them , they’ll blink , look down at their own hand in your hair , and clear their throat with a faint blush , muttering that your hair was “ simply untidy ” as a cover-up for their obvious affection.

f / o who gets incredibly flustered by sudden , casual physical affection in private ( like a surprise kiss on the cheek or a hug from behind ) . . .

they stumble over their words , adjust their glasses if they have any , and try to give you a stern lecture on ' decorum ' while their entire face is bright red.

f / o who who usually demands absolute silence when they work , but completely melts when they hear you humming or singing one of their favorite melodies in the other room . . . they’ll stop what they are doing just to close their eyes and listen to you harmonize with their life.

f / o who is intently focused on their paperwork or reading . . . looking incredibly stern & unreachable . . . until you sit on their lap!

they let out a dramatic sigh , complaining that you are “ disrupting their schedule ” , but their hands immediately find your waist to hold you securely in place anyway.
