I like to believe mitsuri loves kids (I mean she said so herself and she had a ton of younger siblings).

I don't even know if kagaya would tell them or not that the child they have to take care of is literally Muzan. But in this scenario they would know.

Child Muzan is preferred to as Toshikuni by kagaya so the other pillars just picked up on it and called him that as well

Due to circumstances , Toshikuni isn't allowed withing 6 feet of the Kamado siblings.

He would rather be sleeping (considering he can't do any of things he's normally do when he was a demon).

Mitsuri enjoys taking care of Toshikuni. Even if Toshikuni doesn't really enjoy it himself .

Mitsuri is not afraid to tell Toshikuni when he's done something extremely wrong and will not hesitate to tell kagaya about it.

Toshikuni is extremely afraid of kagaya (for good reasons kagaya's a crackhead ...lol)

Toshikuni is nicknamed "moo moo" sometimes by mitsuri

He dislikes it , but is too afraid to tell her at this point

He tries to escape multiple times when it is mitsuri's turn to watch him

He's failed every time

One time he did escape though The woods and ended up being so afraid ,that he never left mitsuri's side for a week.

After a few months of hanging out with mitsuri , he begans to want to hang around her more (more than he wants to with kagaya)

Also Snow White LIKES HERSELF from the very beginning and has no desire to change (she is also referred to as beautiful a few times in her real body). She doesn’t want to wear the magic shoes and be a typical-looking princess, she only does it because she has to in order to find her missing father. She doesn’t like what she turns into. It’s the male love interest that has the desire to change how he looks, and he is the one who has to learn to love himself and others for things besides only physical appearance. He learns that yes, looks are one of the things that make you ‘you’, but you are also made up of your personality and actions, and you have to love and accept the whole package. The most beautiful people in the world are the people you love (including yourself).
