What programs do you use?
Primarily Clip Studio Paint for basic art (old stuff is usually ibispaintx) and OpenToonz for animation! (old stuff is flipaclip)
although i do sometimes draw lineart traditionally and then color in ibispaint! it can end up looking pretty seamless sometimes.
Can I use your art for a pfp/edit/repost/etc.?
Yes, under three conditions.
1. You must provide a link (or @ if links aren’t applicable) back to me, preferably to the artwork. It has to be clear that it is my artwork.
2. You cannot sell my art.
3. You cannot use my art in anything mean-spirited or hateful. No negative comparisons or bigotry.

Are you still updating the objectcomics site?
Unforutunately, no, not anymore. I might come back to it or pass it off to someone else at some point, but i started the project at the same time as the OSCC and one blew up and the other kind of just...fell to the wayside. I'm a serial project starter.

Ask yourself, how does this piece make you feel? (No wrong answers)
Look for an artist statement nearby. What does it say about the artist and their relationship to their work? What does the artist say that they are trying to convey with their art? What contextual clues can you pick up from what they say about their background, or what they omit?
Look at the title of the piece. What is the artist saying about their work by naming it that, either explicitly or implicitly?
Look at the medium. Is there anything about the piece that stands out to you, knowing what it's made of?
Look at the year it was made. What cultural events might have been happening around this time? Was this piece part of a particular art movement? What was the purpose of that art movement, and what was it trying to say?
Accept that sometimes, you still might not get it. This is perfectly okay.

out trans people like to try to convince closeted/repressed trans people who are in a position to transition, to transition as soon as possible, by saying "i badly regret not starting earlier". i don't think it's a very effective argument on its own. most closeted/repressed trans people have heard the same thing numerous times, they're deathly aware of it, they're already wracked with the regret of not transitioning today, every single day. simply telling them that the regret never leaves you doesn't have any convincing power. it might only make them feel even more hopeless or guilty. to draw from my honest personal experience, i would instead tell them:
"eventually—maybe slowly, and not always all the time, but surely—you'll notice that the regret of not starting earlier is drowned out by the joy and contentness of finally feeling truer to yourself. you won't have to live stuck permanently ruminating on past what-could-have-beens anymore, you'll be able to live in the present as yourself."
