It's okay to eat. It's okay to eat until you're full and then eat a snack when you decide you're hungry again. It's okay to be craving something and then go eat it. It's okay to love sweets and carbs. It's okay to be excited about eating. Your body loves you and trusts you. Your body depends on you; you're all it has. Love it and trust it back. Fall in love with your body, become best friends with your body. Wouldn't you want to take care of your best friend? Wouldn't you want to fix your best friend a snack? Your food is YOURS to enjoy. It's between you and your body. And if anyone tries to take that from you…BITE THEIR FUCKING HAND OFF.
