Hope was quiet as he spoke, a look of disgust passing her features as he spoke. âYou know, you keep talking about them like youâre any better. Which if you think you are, then you are crazier than I thought. These are good people, who sure, have probably done some bad things in their lives. But, havenât we all? If youâve met someone who says they havenât then I guarantee they are lying.â She told him, knowing very well that not everyone was innocent. âYou preach about them doing bad things and being bad people, about them judging others, but how are you different? How is any of this different? You are just hurting people for your own personal vendetta!â She continued. âI do have my eyes open and I know that you arenât doing this to help people or to shed some light. Youâre doing this because you are just as bad as everyone else, actually, youâre worse because you arenât even able to admit that youâre a bad person. Itâs just pathetic really.âÂ
As she spoke, Vincent was getting more and more annoyed with people trying to be the hero. Trying to speak reason to a cause that was much bigger than their understanding. He didnât even say a word, he just nodded his head to one of of his undead minions who grabbed her by the throat, lifting her off her feet and slamming her against the wall, holding her there. âI donât have time for this. Youâre simply a gnat in my way. And Iâm not going to swat you, but I will remove you.â His hand clenched and so did the minionâs around her throat. âIf you donât want to die, I suggest you shut up and stay you too the way.â The guyâs hand lifted and he punched her probably hard enough to knock her out, Vincent didnât know he didnât stick around to see, the guy released her to fall and he and Vincent walked away.
