Porch and garden balcony that is attached to the left side of the house. I’m really enjoying creating this build.
There is quite a lot of CC so if anyone is interested I will make a list of all CC I have used if you’d like to download this build.
My plans for Sulani are to rebuild the whole island. The fact that they have conservation integrated into this pack gives me even more inspiration and motivation to turn my save Island into the eco island it can be. I’ve already made a community space (I will post photos later on) and it’s my favourite community space so far.

Making an Eco/Island house in Sulani!
One of the balconies that’s mainly for get togethers and guests, away from the main outdoor roof area which is more of a relaxing area.

Reward Trait: Grounded
Sims that are grounded are in control of their mental and emotional self. When negative emotions overcome them, these Sims will be able to centre themselves and keep themselves, and other Sims calm.
Comes with 30 new buffs & 9 new social interactions. These Sims have the ability to take away other Sim's stress and anger, as well as being able to take away their own stress or anger by doing yoga or meditating. All mental and physical skills will be learnt 2x faster, social and fun needs will decay 0.5x slower, and angry, stressed and uncomfortable buffs hold 0.2x as much weight on the Sim's emotional state.

Hi, my name is Anastasia Gilmore, but I often go by ‘Anna’. I recently turned 18, and you know what that means, time to start prepping for university. The things is my grandmother, Naomi really wants me to attend Foxbury University, but I really want to go to Britechester University where my father, Grayson attended. I want to study Language and Literature as I’ve always loved getting lost in stories, and adventure into someone else’s world that they’ve created. I hope to one day become a famous author selling my own novels into book stories and libaries.
Today I’ve sent off my applications and am now awaiting for the acceptance letter or even the dissapointing one page paragraph. Wish my luck🤞

So my Brett and Corey storyline came to end when Corey died and I was too annoyed to carry on 😂 so I’m starting a new story with this new house!
I used an actual blueprint which I’ve never done before and it was so fun and frustrating at the same time to try and get it similar 😊
So this is what I’ve done so far. Needs a lot more work on the outside but until I can figure out how I want it to look I’ve started the inside which I’ll post soon when it’s finished. So far i love it and I may have to put it on the gallery once it’s done!

Brett and Corey finally tied the knot! Was a small wedding with nearest and dearest and it was beautiful! 🥰
Onto the next chapter of their lives! Just need to save up for their dream home!
Look out for the house that they’ll be renovating (built myself)!
My favourite couple so far in my Sims save 🥰 Brett (right) and Corey (left) are engaged and live in the city. Brett is a Food Critic after completing his degree in Culinary Arts and Corey is a journalist after completing his distinguished degree in Communications!
Once married they plan to move to the country (maybe Willow Creek) and start renovating a house! They plan to start on a nursery and adopt! So far I can imagine them adopting two children and adopting a dog 🥰
I plan to keep updating on their story as it goes along. (Been a busy bee so may take a while to post updates). 😊
