how do you accidentally join a super villain team?

I AM SO GLAD YOU ASKED. BECAUSE THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE STUPID NOH VARR MOMENTS. IT IS TRULY HIM AT HIS PEAK DUMBASS. so basically during dark reign norman osborn made an avengers team made up entirely of evil characters. the roster was like daken as wolverine, scorpion / venom as spiderman, bullseye as hawkeye, osborn as iron patriot/iron man, moonstone as ms marvel and ares. which is to say the whole team were all murderous villains. and then there was noh varr as captain marvel. bless his heart. and he had absolutely no idea who he was working with. he was just happy to be invited and a part of the avengers.

and he has absolutely no idea until moonstone made an off hand joke about how they were all fucking evil and noh varr just went
