ACCIDENTALLY ?? splashes light with water as he bathes in the lake , one hand covering his mouth. ' ah ! sorry ! '
The opportunity to bathe comes once every so often and it is certainly a welcomed time indeed. Everyone takes the chance to not only bathe themselves, but wash their gear and clothes and drink the refreshing water as well. It is truly a blessed time in these moments of war.
They had all set an appropriate rotation when it came to bathing, the women of the group would bathe and wash their gear first , while the men tended to the campsite and gathering of firewood…and keeping the curious youngsters from sneaking a peek at the bathing women…mostly for the sake of keeping them alive.
For it would most likely end with blood in the waters.
After the women bathed, all the men would go and bathe and it is usually a rowdy scene. They would splash at each other, play chicken, make jokes or just simply relax, Tidus would do laps around the lake and then would proceed to almost give Cecil a heart attack every time whenever he stayed underwater for almost ten minutes.
The warrior himself was contently bathing, currently running some of the water through his long silver hair getting the dirt and grime out of it as the others went about their time in the background.
That is until Bartz jumped into the lake, with loud Tarzan-like cry and splashed right in, drenching the warrior and a nearby Cloud with the waves of his landing.
The warrior’s hair fell in front of his face, absolutely drenched and heavy like a curtain of silver, thus blocking his view of the wanderer but his apology was certainly heard and it brought a soft laugh from the usually stoic leader-
“ It is quite alright Bartz. No harm done. “
Pushing his hair from his eyes, Light offered a kind smile to the wanderer, to show that no ill was brought upon him.
The same could not be said for Cloud however, who sat there, spikey hair now drenched and drooping over his face, which held immense displeasure on his face towards Bartz.
That brought another laugh from the warrior, oh how amusing his dear friends were at times.
