What if demon slayers from Kimetsu no yaiba went to Westeros?
I had the idea that the Wights were also demons. I just came back from watching the latest Demon Slayer movie.
Maybe the nine pillars and the main characters.
Personally see all Pillars outmatch every fighter in this world. They are people who fight demon in daily basic, normal humans didnât get a chance.
Perhaps the Nichirin sword can kill wights too? Special material and all.
Hypothetically, Westerosi might see them as a knightly order that vow to protect innocents. Unlike knights, they obey only the Ubuyashikis and truly serve people.
The long night might not long after all.
Arya would love to meet Mitsuri and Shinobu(swordswomen). Gyumei is their version of the Mountain but way better. Tanjiro would not do well ans approve of anything in Westeros, poor sweet boy.
In the land unknown to them, I imagine some of the pillars sign up for Robertâs tourney to gain money. (easily overwhelm opponents even without their breathing techniques) Many of them have many useful skills and the Ubuyashikis could easily settle and establish stability for their slayers. (presumably, if they can speak and understand a common tongue)
And a question, do you think they could take on dragons? Lol but I can imagine Inosuke still want to fight them for sure. My man can challenge anything.

I headcanon that the Wilderwest is like another continent in the Game of Thrones world and Hiccup is the King of the Wilderwest and he hears about Dany and her dragons (and all the burning people and cities alive) and goes to meet her/stop her

The Wilderwest could be whatâs west of Westeros, and the two areas have just never interacted before. Hiccup is the âDragon Masterâ of his homeland while Daenerys is the âMother of Dragonsâ of hers. (And then maybe he could help her out with some sort of saddle situation so that she doesnât have to just cling to Drogonâs spines)

And I figure no one really goes there because of the dragons? Until Hiccupâs reign, it was likely a pretty violent/barbaric place. Everyone just accepts that dragons are extinct in Westeros and Essos, but they wonât really dare go to the Wilderwest for dragons? Also, maybe the climates are too different for Wilderwest dragons to thrive.Â
But anyway, I imagine they have their meeting and Missandei goes through all of Danyâs many, many titles and Eret, who is serving as Hiccupâs interpreter/advisor, decides to be a smart ass and is all:
âYou stand before Hiccup Horrendous Haddock, the dragon-soul. Third of his name, King of the Wilderwest. Wings of the Night Fury. Slayer of the Red Death. Liberator of the Amber Slave Lands. Commander of Lightning and Death itself. The Pride of Berk.â
And Hiccup is in the background blushing and rolling his eyes at all the titles Eret has made up for him.Â
And when Toothless and Drogon meet, Toothless is all tough and fierce at first, and then when he warms up to him he starts acting like a puppy and Drogon is just like âWhat in the fuck is going on here somebody save me pleaseâ.
But I can totally see Hiccup having no idea how to act in front of Dany, because heâs never had to respond to that sort of ruler before, and so he keeps messing up while talking to her and getting her titles wrong and everything. And at first she finds it annoying, but then secretly thinks itâs endearing after a while.
(Bonus: Jon and Eret somehow meet eventually and everyone keeps trying to tell them that they sound exactly the same but theyâre the only two that donât hear it)
Dany would probably underestimate Hiccup and Toothless so hard. Like, here comes Hiccup, the pacifist with no army and heâs demanding she stops burning people alive with her dragons (Crazy idea, right? /s) and his dragon is like a third of the size of her three dragons. Also, his dragon is so smooth? Like no sharp frills or teeth or talons like hers.Â
But then Drogon or Dany threatens Hiccup and Toothless shows them why heâs called the Unholy Offspring of Lightning and Death Itself.Â
Or maybe the initial meeting doesnât go very well and Dany is just like â Dracarysâ and Drogon fires on Hiccup, but heâs wearing his dragon scale armor so heâs fine and he looks at her afterward like âWow, this stuff really works. Not even a blister.â (like in the httyd 3 deleted scene)
(also, yes, this is perfect. Everyone keeps mentioning it to them and each time they get more and more frustrated!)
I like the idea of her being all like âI am the Unburnt!â and Hiccup is just like âOh, yeah, I can be unburnt too, yâknowâ. And Hiccup and Toothless could definitely outmatch Dany and Drogon in the air, because they have the speed and agility.
But I love the idea of Dany just looking down on Toothless at first, like âReally? That is what dragons look like in your land?â, and Hiccup just responds all relaxed and nonchalant âWell, itâs what one type of dragon looks like in my land.â And Dany canât believe that there are other dragon species.
I also like the idea of Hiccup giving her the âDragons are kind, intelligent creatures that can bring people togetherâ speech, and shows her that she can inspire hope with her dragons instead of fear.
Hiccup the Unburnt. And then heâs like âSure, you ride your dragons. But can you fly?â And she thinks heâs crazy, but then he jumps off Toothless and flies along side them. Toothless just smirks at Drogon.Â
I could also totally see Dany and Jon going to the Wilderwest to ask for aid from the dragons to fight the White Walkers. Dany probably thinking they have a handfull of dragons because theyâre so rare in Essos/Westeros and just being overwhelmed by the cloud of dragons that are flying over Berk haha.Â
Also my hand may or may not be slipping and I may or may not be a thousand words into a jumbled group of one-shot drabblesÂ
Dany and Jon are just sailing toward Berk (itâs a misty day on the sea), and theyâre just worriedly talking, and Dany says âDo you really think there will be enough dragons to fight with us?â, then they break through the mist and see Berk with thousands of dragons and Jon is just like âUh, yeah, I think there might just be enough.â
I can also imagine a funny exchange where Dany says to Hiccup âI am the Blood of the Dragonâ, and Hiccup doesnât know to be impressed, so he just casually asks âWhich dragon?â and Dany is so flustered sheâs just like âTHE dragonâ, and Hiccup just goes âAh⌠okay.â These two just have no idea how to interact properly and itâs adorable.
Uh oh, I have so many ideas for this now.
(Also, their ship name is Daecup, I believe, but I kind of like how Hiccerys sounds)
Theyâre sailing through the mist and a Terrible Terror lands on the bow of their ship. Dany, worriedly, turns to Jon like âThese are their dragons?â and then they break through the mist and a Crimson Goregutter or something else huge is just flying by haha

(I like Hiccerys better! There are like two Dany/Hiccup fics in existence, so Iâm going to use Hiccerys until it catches on and becomes canon)
Imagine actually though, if Toothlessâ Supreme Alpha status (i.e. post-Hidden World) carries over to Drogon. Dany would be absolutely shooketh. Here is her absolutely massive dragon (Iâm pretty sure Drogon can grow to Balerionâs size eventually), bowing before this tiny (by comparison), cute, cuddly⌠pet??
Also Arya and Astrid would be such great friends. Arya would adore and idolize her. Fishlegs and Sam? Another great duo!
I know I am a bit late but found this recently and it rent-free my head for all night.
Imagine they see how the Vikings adapt their lifestyle to coexist with the dragons. Like the intro in the second movie where we see home structure design for dragons, a fire extinction system, and DRAGON SPORT, even more. Their clothes are made out of dragon scale, fireproof and all. Firework, saddle(yes, Dani. You need one.), fishing(remember Valka takes a dragon to hunt in the second movie).
If Berk residents mentioned their past history about how they used to HUNT dragons⌠OH Boi Flashback of Stoic bare hand punching a dragon. Vikings just build differently. Although dragons in GOT are bigger living among tons of flying killing machines all the time for many generations is something else in my opinion.
Not to mention that no need for blood magic to bond with dragons or have Varylia blood and anyone can have a dragon(s) in Berk. Simply and easily like having a dog and pets. A variety of dragons is something else too. Water dragon that can sink any navy and be a stealthy force.
Westerosi might shit their pants again and frustrate something like the old Varylia Empire might come back again.
Meanwhile, Hiccup just chilling and scratching Toothless's belly.
I can see he wants to make a good impression so he might have a dragon show and give a tour. He is so cheerful and proud while the guest head is running fast how to terrify these Viking powers and the consequences that might come if provoked by this massive army of dragons and its people.
