im like barely even in the tadc fandom (watching the show but not really engaging with any fan content) but its ridiculous how you are treating leaks of the final episode like they are horrible and awful and crucifying anyone for talking about them and making whole paragraphs about how horrible this is for gooseworx and how she doesnt deserve it over leaks of a fictional plot of an episode, but a couple months ago when a ton of voice actors were exposed for being real world racist and about 99% percent of the white fans were dogpiling any black fan who was like..... calling out racist behaviour, as well as fans going to a con or something and saying racial slurs infront of a ton of people, only for glitch to make one half assed tweet about how "racism bad and we dont support" that was treated as fandom drama and people being sensitive and the voice actors were only 22teen and they were babies even though a literal 10 year old could easily understand the concept that racism bad and people made stupid conspiracies about how it was being leaked just before the final episode on purpose out of hate for tadc.
all im getting is that the fandom has weird fucking priorities

One thing that really annoys me is when writers refuse to let their female characters be eccentric. Like, yeah they pass the bechdel test, yeah they drive the plot forward or whatever, but they just don't get the same attention from fans as the male characters because they aren't allowed to be interesting!! They are reasonable, maybe slightly annoyed at other characters' antics at times, maybe somewhat motherly or very solemn and serious or just a completely normal person β let girls be freaks!! Let girls have weird habits and stupid impulsive ideas and let them be a little short-sighted and arrogant and unintentionally funny!!!! Let girls start out as people with genuine character flaws that they can work through and let them have potential to improve and let them be on par with male characters not only in strength but also in wit and in character.
