I have quite a bit of the this story already done so I’m going to be doing a post dump. You can click her story in the side bar to catch up.

This is my castaway challenge master post for the “Gillisims Island” Challenge where I'll list all the parts that have been posted so far. You can also find all the story linked in the side bar or click through the previous/next links to move around.

Lianna decided she needed a whole new look to move past this heartbreak, she first went to the clothing store to buy a new outfit or 2, then to the tattoo parlor for a full body tattoo, then came home while her mom was at work and went back to her room. She put her new clothes on, cut her hair and repainted her nails, then walked back down the stairs when she heard her mom come through the door.

Lianna stayed in her room, refusing to talk to her mom about what happened. She stayed curled up in bed for days refusing to talk to anyone before finally deciding that she had to make a change, any change to feel something.

The day came and went like any other but the next day is when everything fell apart. Lianna's mom caught her dad talking to his mistress on the phone and started yelling at him. He argued back, went upstairs, packed his bag and walked out the door without ever looking back at Lianna.

I finished Ellisims Challenge and here's my finished plot along with my army of armor statues that I used to boost the value since I ran out of room to build.

The next day was Lianna's 18th birthday, but it started out like any other day. Lianna went to school and came home to her parents standing in the foyer with presents and a cake, smiling like she hadn't just heard them the night before.

“Gillisims Island” Challenge/Master Post

I'm working on this challenge right now. It's not mine, it belongs to Ellisims on Facbook (link: HERE). Please go and show them some love for their hard work. This is soo fun and different and maybe a slow grind but I enjoy it.

That night Lianna heard voices from down stairs and quietly snuck down stairs to take a peek. She saw her mom and dad standing in the kitchen argueing again so she snuck closer to hear what they were saying. She stood outside the doorway and heard her mom tell her dad that she wanted a divorce. Lianna couldn't believe what she heard, she headed back up stairs in tears.

Lianna waits till her mom leaves the room before walking thru the front door. Her mom smiles and gives her a hug, asking how her day was. Her dad walks in from the office and asks Lianna if she needs help with her homework.

While Lianna was gone to high school, her mom caught her dad talking to another woman on the computer and they ended up fighting over it, him claiming that it meant nothing. Meanwhile Lianna had come home early from school and saw her parents fighting thru the window.

Lianna fell asleep sitting in the floor that night as her mind floated back to when she was nothing but a spoiled teenager sitting at the dining room table doing her homework while her mom was in the kitchen cooking breakfast for the family.

On rainy nights when there wasn't much to do, Lianna would workout inside doing pushups and sit-ups trying to make herself stronger for the day she is able to escape the island. Other nights, she would just sit on the floor by her bed starring into nothing wondering what went wrong and how she ended up stranded on a deserted island.

It's amazing how time flies, Lianna's birthday came around. She was able to make herself a cake from the honey that she collected from the bees she's keeping. She spends her days cleaning up the ocean around her and collecting nets and rope in hopes that maybe she can start working on a boat big enough to take her cow and chickens with her one day.

Lianna's garden was flourishing and she was able to harvest her vegetables. Between her milk and eggs, she's able to start making better meals like vegetable tempura and sushi. Her candle making is also improving and she can now make bigger candles that last longer.
