I know I haven't posted in sooooo long, but I'm still here lurking. I have a question for anyone who's still paying any attention to my blog.
In case you didn't know, I'm an American. I've only traveled outside the U.S. a couple of times, and I never left the western hemisphere either time. I've never been to Europe but have always wanted to visit.
In August, I will be going to Kenya. On the way home though, we have a few hour layover in Paris. It will be very early in the morning, so I don't expect anything to really be open, but I'd like to leave the airport and see something. Paris is such an interesting place to me as a lover of European Royal History.
So my questions are: What should I see on a very tight schedule, understanding that nothing will probably be open, and what's the best way to get around? We will have our carry-on bags, so should we just get an Uber, or would public transportation be better even with the bags?
I don't know if any of you actually live in Paris, but I know some of you are European, and I'm hoping you've been there and can give me some advice.
I would appreciate reblogs so as many people as possible can see this, but if you'd rather, please feel free to DM me or send me an ask. I don't have to share it publicly.
THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!!!! I love you all so much!
