Hello friends! I hope you’re all having a good day. On a positive note, I’ve got a computer back now and fingers crossed that this one might be a little more rugged so that’s definitely a good thing!
On a less positive note, I’m closing down this blog. I’m not leaving Natasha as a muse but I will be moving her to a private, highly selective blog. I’ve been thinking about this long and hard, especially when I had no computer, and my anxiety regarding this blog is far too high for me to deal with right now. I was more relaxed not having a laptop and not having to think about my blog than I have been in months.
The nail in the coffin was, however, that when I returned to my blog it was to messages in my ask regarding my theme & faceclaim issues and my love for Nat extends so much further than a face.
I will not be concealing my identity on this new blog, however I will only give out the URL to people who ask for it so that the only people I’m following are the ones that I know genuinely want to interact with me moving forward.
Please know that whether or not I follow you is no reflection of whether you’re a good writer or how worthy you are - honestly, I’d love to keep following all of you because I think you’re all incredible, but I know we’re not all going to write together.

People really need to get over their hate for ScarJo!
I both do and don’t agree with you, Nonny. People are entitled to their feelings of hurt & disdain when someone they respected does something questionable. She did something that caused pain, however she did apologise and step out of the role.
What hurts me more is that people think I share those views simply because I was using her as a faceclaim and it’s simply not true. Celebrity “stan” culture is really toxic and even when I love an actor/actress I feel like it’s very important to be able to recognise when they’re doing something that isn’t right. People need to recognise that a roleplayer is not their faceclaim, or at least just softblock/unfollow if they’re uncomfortable with the face being used - or not follow at all.
I’m sad that my use of a faceclaim has caused this much issue, but I do understand. And for those who still wanna follow me, all you have to do is reach out via IM or ask or Discord and we’ll be just fine.
