Perhaps investing in a map of the city would have been a good choice. He was so turned around and lost that he was even willing to admit it. Not that he had really had any idea where he was to begin with.Β
At least, it was a slight irritation at having gotten himself so turned around rather than the panic most people started to feel when lost in a large city after dark. He felt more comfortable in the dark, if he were being honest. People noticed significantly less during the nighttime hours. They were so vulnerable, and so easily. Β
"What do you want?" The medic confronted the other, not understanding the situation he had already landed himself in.Β
Oh a snappy one, not something he usually saw around here. "I should be asking you the same thing." An irritated tone lingering in his voice, taking the now nearly dead cigar and tossing it aside.
He made it clear of the gun on his hip patting it lightly just enough to hear the leather of his gloves smack against the metal of the handle. "So tell me, you lost, cause I don't recall seeing your face around here."
