My entire world has fallen apart within days and I don’t know how to keep going

Going through emotional trauma broke something inside of me. I don’t experience happiness the way I used too. I don’t experience as much emotion as I used too. I’ve been broken and I can’t put myself back together

I miss my mother. I miss her laugh, her smile, and our talks. She isn’t the person that I want her to be and I have to deal with that but it sucks. It’s Christmas and I can’t see her, or my brothers and sisters. I can’t be with half of my family and I have to just pretend that’s okay.

I’m so overwhelmed with emotions

Everything is so fucked up but I guess I just have to deal with it :)

I don’t know what i want in my life

I care way too much about people and end up getting hurt in the long run

I feel so useless to so many people
