Today workout💪! It was busy. Started a new routine doing 15 min warm up on tread before strength💪 and 15 min after on bike . heard it was better to split it up. Then do it all at once. Last decade been rough one for this family. We lost husband, a father, and I lost 2 sister. But the hardest was losing Charles never knew I would take it so hard and would take me 15 yrs to get past losing him. I turned to drugs after his death to cope. Which wasn't the best decision ever.
