My brother-in-arms, Bryson Heald, who I served with while serving in “The Old Guard” at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall committed suicide a few days ago. He had a kind heart and wanted to help people. He was funny and loved ancient history, especially the Spartans. He served in Afghanistan and is a hero he will be missed. If you’re contemplating suicide get help from fellow veterans.
