Until 2019 this guy was thin, now he weighs over 165kg and needs to participate in a reality show to lose weight.

So I didn’t expect this to be a good week. Well, the results of week 8 are in, and somehow I gained 4.8 pounds this week weighing in at 230.8 pounds for a total weight gain of 55.4 pounds in 8 weeks! 😱 I did not expect that. To top it off, I couldn’t really push myself like I wanted yesterday. I had some bad diarrhea and nausea. I’m feeling better today so far.

One more week to push! Let’s see where I end up! This may be harder to stop than I think…
