maximalist minimalist

I used to see stuff like this EVERYWHERE in my childhood. Does anyone know what this style of patterns is called?

Some of them are quite minimalistic, some are more complex. But they all have this wacky nature that I really adore.

A LOT of them is autumn themed, orange seems to be the popular colour back then.

Some of them are givin frutiger aero, some are mixed with vectorbloom... and I'm pretty sure these patterns come from a similar era as well.

And there was also this red movement, that has its own specific vibe.

Whatever these patters are, i wanna know where did they come from, where did they go. :D Thanks for reading all this! Lemme know if you've even seen something like this before.
