Jeffrey is a cross between a rotting and a fly.

-He's a psycho, a maniac, and a cannibal. He became a psycho because of a traumatic brain injury. He works like a maniac for his Beerhouse store. He's a cannibal because he can't eat anything but flies.

-By nature, he is selfish, quick-tempered, but despite this, he can endear himself to people for his own benefit and behave politely.

-He is the manager of his store. He does his job well, but the staff suffers from his aggression. His store competes with the Whale Belly Butcher Shop.
