Figured I’d also share some concept art of that Ramona design! I originally created it for an Idol AU DTIYS but never committed to it, so instead I repurposed it as one of her Honkai Star Rail variants and, of course, her magical girl design for this AU as well (can you tell I have…a lot of AUs…)

Y’know how Aika started out super enthusiastic about her job as a magical girl but now hates it to the point of actively avoiding it? In this AU, Ramona’s somewhere in the middle; she’ll whine and groan whenever Chenxing (her Hoshi equivalent, a little lion thing) tells her she has to stop lazing around and go Do Her Job, but once she gets in the flow she has a lot of fun

And as is typical for her she plays around/cracks jokes/taunts her enemies a lot of the time — think of Episode 1 when Aika taunts Eclipse to shoot his void beam; Ramona would do the same but rather than being deadpan/dismissive, she’s laughing and treating it like a big joke (at least until Imani steps in to defend her. Ramona may disregard her own safety a lot but seeing a powerless friend put themself in danger really reminds her that this shit isn’t a game)

And one thing about Ramona is that she is VERYY protective, so if you really want to see her serious/angry side, just play dirty and attack one of her loved ones 💛 if you dare 💛💛💛
