I'm one of the anons who asked you what happened with TSG. I have never followed them nor watched any of their videos so I was fully unaware of what was happening. That said: I read your letter about what happened with them. And as someone much older than you, old enough to be your mom tbh, I'm going to tell you that it's okay. It's okay to make mistakes and get caught up in needing and wanting validation. You are making amends, apologizing for your actions and most importantly, you distanced yourself from that group. You are young. People of all ages make mistakes and the key is owning up to your mistakes, apologizing for them and working not to repeat them. All of which you have been doing. You're doing great. Take a breathe, hold onto the knowledge that you listened to your friends and family and broke free before you got dragged deeper. That willingness to listen is important.

In all honesty, I started crying like a baby when I first read this. My mom gave me a lot of the same comforts when I went to her so to hear to again in such a genuine way brought back all of those big emotions for me. Thank you so much for the kind words, I really can’t overstate how precious this was to me.

Despite my “crashout” on that stream and all the anger I had it really all came from such a deep place of hurt. And I feel bad about the way I reacted. But I don’t know if that’s actually me talking or the past.

So far, being 19 has been really terrible. But the support of you and many others has reminded me that this is just a small chapter in so many of our lives and is time for me to move on.

I don’t really post on there, no… in all honesty the art side of the Sonic fandom has been very hard to get back into for me. I’m still doing Sonic voice acting and other Sonic related things but getting back into the mood of drawing has been hard.

I never want to say it’s impossible, I’ve had some great friends around me who are all still very Sonic pilled and I can still enjoy it with them.

I was making plans to rewrite it with a friend and continue it with brand now Sonic’s and Shadows, but right as we were about to launch it the TSG stuff happened and I left everything for awhile.

My love for Sonic and Sonadow has been… tainted. I won’t lie. I’m working on getting it back but it’s been hard.

Now that Act One is finished, yes!! It’s certainly shot near the top of my list on things I want to do. I was actually thinking just yesterday on how I want to format that video.
