Intro time!!!

Hello! I'd like to go by Veri. I'm fine with any pronouns.

English isn't my first language, so I apologise for any grammar mistakes or questionable linguistic choices.

I gave up on art a long time ago because I used to think that it wasn't worth my time. Seeing art other people made always inspired me to make my own, but it never ended up looking the way I wanted it to. This made me very frustrated. So much so to the point where I just gave up one day.

I'd like to give art another chance, so I created this blog to document my journey. I want to find a part of me that I lost, and while doing so, I hope to inspire others to do the same.

Feel free to offer critique when you see fit.

I heard many stories where people flush their dead goldfish down the toilet and buy an identical one to avoid having to explain death to their kids. For whatever reason, my mind imagined a scenario like that but with brushbuddies, and I can't stop giggling every time I think about it xd

I'm so mad ;-; my drawing app crashed, and now I can't do the shadows...It doesn't feel as dramatic as I wanted it to be...And I'm also noticing a bunch of things I'd like to fix...
