John Tucker. Everyone knows him or knows somebody that dated him. I mean the guy is captain of the basketball team,hes popular and cocky and admittedly kind of cute. And after everything that happened at his birthday party he's like,totally reformed.

You weren't suprised to see yet another set of girls walk away from his throuple idea. In the crowded hallway,filled with juicy tracksuit knock-offs and axe body spray. You laugh to yourself,passing john as he stands there,looking semi distraught (he'll be over it by lunch). And for once,John tucker turned. His eyes following you,his ears perked at the sound of your laugh.

So of course,during your english class John taps your shoulder. "hey,i don't think ive seen you around before" he says in a low kind of whisper. "god thats so cliche" you mutter,rolling your eyes,but you cant help the amused smile on your face. "fair point. Let me be original then. I wanna take you out"

And a couple hours later you're sitting across John at this fancy but not too fancy restaurant by the beach. "So,is this your go to?" you ask,noticing Johns ex as your waitress. "go to for what?" John asks,eyebrows confused. Something about John,he wears his emotions on his face as true as they are inside. "for your dates? I mean,come on,you've dated half the cheer team,at the same time" "honestly,yeah. In my defense though,they were hot" he answers truthfully,earning a soft laugh from you. This is definitely going better than expected.

"Yeah well,I dont particularly like when my boyfriend has more than one girlfriend" your statement earns a sort of thoughtful nod from john. "alright,i respect that"

And now,you're standing at your doorstep. John behind you,having walked you to it. "i had a pretty good time tonight" you admit. "yeah,me too"
