Now I’m posting.

So this above has the potential to be one of my fav vegebul moments ever..

Toei was just awesome to leave as always vegebul hints here and there, especially in these closings. Of course we all know this could have been the night/same day before Vegeta goes training alone for the last time before the TOP, and it is so precious because:

Bulma is clearly worried for him, especially since she's just given birth to Bra so postpartum depression and abandonment issues are REAL for her. We rarely had a chance to see Bulma this worried, because we usually see a very tough Bulma, but here she is so damn vulnerable.

They are of course in their bedroom so it is a very intimate scene (it also suggests they kind of had """farewell sex""" right before, bc who the hell knows if the universe will survive)

It perfectly reconnects to this other following closing scene when Vegeta comes back and we see Bulma like this:

Toei has been really wild here. We don't see this kind of connection for ANY other dragon ball couple. Without even showing ANYTHING. Just 2 damn screenshots.

I'm crying man. I was doing my best to finish this art and make it perfect cus I love this anime and the characters. they're just so freaking good. and it was worth it. I absolutely love how the artwork turned out.

also here's a closeup of Vegeta's royal family. and yes, the mother is my own fan design. another thing, I didn't draw her eyes cus I have this collective headcanon the Queen may have died during/after Tarble's birth. that's why we haven't seen her yet.
