Good morning! We are now accepting for the Spring Semester! As usual we are starting at the beginning of everything. Life is always changing and so are we, often times we have to start over or reset ourselves. This server is available to anyone and was created with the intended purpose of creating a community for those on a self care, growth and glow up journey. Here we share our journeys, talk about books, self care, routines and more.

Good morning everyone. It's been a long morning but lets make the best of it! I have quite a bit to get done before the start of November so I'd love to start that today.

The day felt short. I've been trying to get my things done but I feel disconnected.

Who is it that I want to be? What kind of person do I believe I am currently?

So, in the last couple months I've both accomplished quite a bit and really lacked in others.

I've lost 20 lbs. since June but my eating habits are still not the best. I'd like to work on a better, more balanced diet plan that is also budget friendly.

I've become more comfortable working in my journals again but I am still not as consistent with it as I would like to be. That's where the fall schedule will come in!

I've been reading a lot more but I have read 1/3 books this month and I would like to make more time for it.

Financially I still feel all over the place and have not saved a dime. So that is absolutely changing.

Halloween is in 8 days and I still have lots of bullet journaling still left to do! I often get distracted by life and try to cram way to much into a small window of time, so I will be creating a fall schedule for myself. I'm excited for the new changes coming my way in these next 2 months.

When manifesting a person, focus on the personality traits you want them to have and how you want to feel when you’re around them.

When visualizing, focus on all the senses, what can you see? What can you hear? What can you feel? How does it smell and taste?

Most importantly, how is it making you feel? Try to really focus on all the positive emotions you would be having. See yourself having that manifestation and enjoy all the feelings that would come from it.

Meditate and be as mindful as possible. Try to be present and mindful of your body and your thoughts.

Visualize for a few minutes before you go to sleep. It’s good to end the day with positive thoughts on your mind.

Late nights at libraries studying cryptids

Reading up on the history of old houses wondering if maybe some inhabitants never left
