my children are eating just cheese and peppers.

Yes… that’s all I can give them.

I watch them grow weaker day by day, complaining of stomach pain from too many legumes and starches…

their small bodies are crying out for real nutrition… meat, chicken, fruits… anything to make them stronger.

But what can I do?

I stand helpless before them… with nothing but tears 💔

Their eyes break me…

when they ask: “Mom, when will we eat like other children?”

and I have no answer…

My children are not asking for luxury… just to eat like any normal child in this world.

Is that too much?

I am appealing to every kind and compassionate heart…
