I got lost in emotion

A false sense of security

What I sought from you

A sense of serenity

My heart broke open

When you took your bow

A feeling of self loathing

For a seemingly broken vow

If I could turn the clock

And go back to the fall

I reach out and stabilize

For the good of us all

You’re hurting in one place

I’m hurting in another

A intense burning

And longing for each other

You said that you loved me

I was filled with doubts

Why weren’t we able

To sit and talk this shit out

Now my heads in my hands

As my heart goes cold

How else was this suppose to unfold

You thought I needed saving

When I just needed your ear

A miscommunication

Tell me what did you hear

When I spoke of your company

When I yearned for you touch

This ending feels cruel

And I’m not ready it’s tough

These feelings are rough

My thoughts a mess

I lacked understanding of how to express

What I needed and wanted

I failed to convey

And with the heaviest of hearts

I’ll watch you walk away

I love you my dearest

So please don’t forget

Letting you go will fill me with regret

You are stronger than you think

And kinder than you know.

It will not be easy

Saying by and letting go.

Like liquid fire

Her eyes burned intensely

With passionate desire

Her skin was soft

And pristine like porcelain

Her smile was devious

From Loki himself

She was a puzzle a box to unlock

Her name Pandora as if I should be shocked

The hell she unleashed was never physical

Her mind the ultimate weapon

Her intelligence an aphrodisiac

She has me at first glance

Her curves were soft like a flowing river

The looks she gave me would make me shiver,

Burning my core my soul to kindle

The flames spread as her chaos consumes me

This rush of feelings like I'm trapped in a movie

It doesn't make sense the Angels affections

But never have I mistaken when death was present.
