ＧＵＮ ＳＭＯＫＥ.

     “Mm, no I don’t mind that at all. It sounds like fun…” It’d be much more exciting than staying in one area all the time. Exploring is exactly what he wanted to do, and this sounded like the perfect chance to do so. “I never really got out much at home so this is all kind of exciting for me…” Once more his thoughts drifted to his family, specifically his father, but he didn’t dwell on it this time.

↯ ℘ ↯  ❛As long as you are totally okay with it dude, some of this life is not for most people so I wanted to ask and make sure first!❜ Through hearing how the other never really left home that often it brought a frown upon freckle-dusted features, quite the contrast from the bright smile he wore only seconds before it might even come as a surprise.

     From the name alone he could tell he didn’t want to run into whatever a Red Giant was. He didn’t know what a car was, but he could guess it was some mode of transportation. “Really? You don’t think they’ll mind?” It’d be nice to meet other humans, that was for sure. He knew they really couldn’t all be the same as Prompto. He was interested in seeing the different personalities they had. Hopefully none of them were as bad as his father… But he already assumed his father was a, one of a kind so to speak.

     Toa listened quietly as the other explained, blinking a little as he heard what they were and what they did. They sounded horrible. “And they come out every night…? They must be hard to deal with…” That reminded him. “Oh, um… I hate to be a burden but, if they’re as bad as you say… I don’t really have a weapon to use. I don’t think my Gift would be enough, and using it makes me sleepier than normal anyway…” He thought he was going to be fine when he first got here and was alright getting out of the damaged shuttle, but it seemed not.

↯ ℘ ↯  ❛They are hard to deal with even more so depending on what type they are, some are harder than others so jussttt hope you never run into a Red Giant...❜ While they were easy to fight as a team by now at this point, they were still a source of their semi financial woes when it came to restocking after each battle with one. This guy would not have an easy time walking around here all by himself if he had no means of fighting back, and his internal thought was proven when Toa mentioned that his 'gift' would not be enough. While those things were terrible to run into at night and not to mention the monsters that still roamed around during the day, maybe he could see if the others would be okay with bringing Toa along with them till he could find a way to fix his shuttle? 

     “Nice to meet you Prompto.” A smile came to his face, seeing the other’s. Either he was lucky to run into a human like Prompto or all humans were this nice. “Um, so, what are… Daemons?” If they were dangerous enough to need a weapon for, he could be in trouble. His Gift likely wouldn’t be enough to deal with them if he ran into one. How troublesome…

↯ ℘ ↯  ❛Oh boy ... Daemon's are one hell of a story, my dude, they are creatures that only come out at night but they're all a piece of work. Many people lose their lives to them every day, they are aggressive and attack anything that moves except for their own kin.❜ Don't even get hims started on the Iron and Red giant that they come across too often for their own good, or those Necromancers... Prompto visibly shutters just thinking about them and their abilities, with his fears those things were something the blond dreaded fighting and even begs Noctis to reconsider 

     “I did…? Mm, not surprising.” He was used to it happening by now. He’d have to remember to explain later why that happened. “Nnno, I don’t think that was- oh. Right.” He had finished saying something about being worried, but that wasn’t what he was going to follow up with. “I was going to introduce myself. I am Toa.” He’d say his full name, but it was a bit of a mouthful. Given how the other had trouble with his race’s name alone it’d be easier just to say his full name.

     “Mhm. My planet’s name is Atun.” Seeing the weapon disappear in such a strange way made him blink. What just happened to it? He’d never seen anything like that before. “Just a little… Oh, good. I was worried for a second there.” He looked as though he were about to say more, but he drifted off to sleep for a second before startling himself back awake. “Mm, what was I saying…?”

↯ ℘ ↯  ❛Atun?❜ Certainly not a place he's heard of before, but then again, anything that wasn't stuck on this planet he was sure would go unheard of forever. Though he did have to wound how this guy planned to leave anytime soon with that shuttle crashed, none one here really knew how to work with... Alien space tech so to speak. While the other appeared to be wanting to say more, the next moment he fell asleep before waking up again. 

     “Talyran.” He repeated, slower this time so the pronunciation would be heard. Thinking it was safe at this point, he let his arms fall back to his sides. It wasn’t as though he had a weapon to pull out anyway. “Mhm, to you yes.”  Of course to Toa, the blonde was the Alien. “I crashed the shuttle I took here. I, didn’t actually know how to fly it in the first place but…” Anything to get away from his father and the rest of his family.

↯ ℘ ↯  ❛Tal--yran? Talyran, never heard of them but they sound pretty cool!❜ Lowering the gun within his hands finally after feeling semi relaxed, bursting into what appeared to be glass the gun vanished from view only to leave a bright smile in its wake. Call him way too trusting for his own good when given the fact this was a stranger, and for all, he knew he could be attacked at any given moment but... 

     Daemon? “Uh, I don’t know what that is… But I’m a Talyran… Not one of those…” At least his actions kept the other from actually firing his gun. He didn’t mean to confuse him but if it kept him from being troubled by an injury so be it. “This, is Earth yes?” It looked a lot different from his home, which was expected yes but it was a little shocking at just how foreign it all was. Well, plenty to explore and learn about, which was all he wanted in the end.

     While it had been been rather jarring to crash in that shuttle, at least he wasn’t on Atun anymore. He was fairly certain this was Earth, but he couldn’t be exactly sure. As he made his way from the crash site and into the surrounding area, he eventually heard footsteps near him. Stopping, he looked around. Spotting the human, he stared in slight awe before realizing their hands were on their weapon. Slowly, he put his hands up. “Um, please… Don’t shoot.”

↯ ℘ ↯  That was an odd feeling that hung in the very air itself, what caused it he did not know or why his hair stood on end. Till he noticed a rather odd being standing there with purple skin, white hair, and FOUR EYES!? There goes his gun being drawn from what seemed to be thin air, pointing it at the other he was about to shoot when he heard the stranger speak. This caused the blond to stop momentarily to process what he just saw and heard, still keeping the firearm pointed. 

     (No I refuse to accept that). “Nope, too late. Can’t have you slowing us down after all.” A soft laugh left him at how much Prompto was clinging to him. “C’mon, do you honestly think I’m gonna drop you? Have some faith will you.”

     (He better fucking not be). “Mhmm, sure you are.” Before he can protest, Gladio moved and picked the boy up, being careful so he didn’t make anything worse. Was he holding him bridal style? Yes, yes he was. Did he care? Apparently not since it was an easier hold.

     Shaking his head a little, he watched as the other fell to the ground. “You want me to carry you to Specs to see if he’s got something to help?” While he was good at patching up more serious wounds, Ignis would likely have more knowledge about how to help with being sore.

     Gladio could very well tell the blonde was regretting  his choices right now, his chuckling said as much. “Might wanna think twice before trying that ever again.” Unless the other somehow put on more muscle that is.
