I still am in awe that for the cost of a cup of coffee or Red Bull or can of Mother (pick your poison) a day you and your child can get 27 #fruit #vege and #berries in your diet every day and it's real fresh picked not GMO and TGA approved. I used to have 3 to 4 cups of coffee a day, then once I started these guys I found myself having 3 to 4 coffee's a week, wasn't tied and needing stimulants to keep going. So I was actually saving money and helping my family with their health too !!! Way awesome !!

Which are you doing in your life? I know I used to count the days and have now found a better way to live and make income without slogging it out every day. Now I make the days count because I enjoy life, my family and my friends. This has also helped make me a better person to not just people but all beings, animals and the world around us as I found beauty and love in the world again. Wasn't feeling up to having a proper breakfast this morning.... Thankfully I can have 1 of our complete #plant based shakes and threw in some #spirulina for color to ensure I still get a great healthy start to the day, rather then a drive by at something like maccas where it definitely isn't healthy for me !! Yes I said driveby as places like maccas are like a driveby shooting to the health of your body and mind !! Be excellent to other people....
