Not as much as associating camo pattern with Kenzo. Maybe wine red for Vinnie, luxurious. And he drinks a lot of wine

💝 - How much effort do they put into appearances? Do they have a favorite article of clothing?

Kenzo does very little, he tries to keep on top of hygiene and such and that's enough. For work he slicks his hair back with a bit of gel so it won't get all over his eyes, it's the only downside for keeping it the length he likes. His favorite is his ratty camo jacket, brought it with him to Citadel and took it back home when he left

If Vinnie had any more time and energy he would do a full American Psycho facial routine, but unfortunately he has a billion irons in the forge at all times. He washes, he shaves, plucks off extra eyebrow hairs, if he had a long night before a hearing he will put concealer under his eyes to freshen up a bit. Dyes his grey hairs away. Very much a suit man and has a favorite one he wears for the most important court dates

He just likes being safe, warm, fed and maybe mildly intoxicated with someone he cares about, he doesn't like being completely alone. That's about it

Success at work and accolades from colleagues and public (when the case is high-profile enough), mostly. Having someone to hold is good too.

⚡ - Does this oc have any unusual or “irrational” fears?

He's been partially and completely immobilized before bc of his worst injuries and never wants it to happen again, his other fears such as being stabbed or drugs being laced are more rational considering his lifestyle

He has pretty rational fears, like mistakes at work or worrying over Kenzo. He also has cheated on a partner which would be a huge blow to his career if anyone knew.

🗡️ - Does this oc have a signature object, accessory, or weapon?

His jacket and his teeth, and also his metal leg and arm tend to catch badguys unawares when they don't anticipate being kicked through drywall

He has a necklace (simple gilded chain) Kenzo gave him when they were 17, tends to wear it under his clothes. He tries to ignore the fact that Kenzo gave it to him right before he tried to off himself. Also has some ink pens he's protective over at work.

💛 - Are they ‘good with children’, or more awkward?

He's kinda awkward, will do a little wave and go hi man. His sister has a couple of kids but given that Kenzo and her don't really get along either, he's not very close to them.

Very awkward, thankful he doesn't have to deal with them. He has sympathy and affection for them though from afar, he knows being a kid is tough, he doesn't think he would even manage if he was a family court lawyer and had to see kids in bad conditions.

🔅 - How does this oc deal with physical pain?

Grit teeth and tough it out. Will walk off a stab wound until someone mentions that hey you have a fork sticking off your shoulder. If it gets too bad, like getting a new injury over his chronic pain, he will whine at Lyssa for some painkillers (and ignore her good advice and treatment plans)

Will tough out most of his aches, maybe with painkillers if he needs to focus better, he's got work to do. Migraines he has to take more seriously and he takes a rest day.

🌕 - If this oc was an animal, what kind would they be?

A bit of a mangled, tough, cautious but sweet street cat who will come indoors to eat and maybe nap on your couch but never stays (leaves a grease stain on the couch)

Some kind of corvid, maybe a jay. Tough, clever, a wee bit fancy, can be loud and harsh if need be.

Dry and sarcastic, occasionally morbid. Not above a "ur mum" or "that's what she said"

Ilona's entire vibe is black, her eyes are black, she doesn't really wear colour or jewelry after she took her wedding ring off. Maybe red for blood or gold for the little jewelry she has

💙 - Describe their bedroom! Is it personalized, unchanged? Messy, neat?

Large and spacey, adjacent to a room with his very own pool. Kinda messy, clothes strewn here and there, sheer and drapey curtains and wall hangings, a canopy on the bed, mediterranean colours and patterns, plenty of blue, stained glass and sea glass, beaded curtains. It very much looks like a coral reef. The beads clink if there's a draft.

Surprisingly small, pretty ascetic and very dark. Used to be a closet/storage room but after her husband died she shut herself into it. Has maybe one window and even that one has slats/thick curtains so sunlight doesn't get in. Small bed that only fits her, comfy bedding, neatly made every day, the whole room is very neat. One candle on the nightstand. She doesn't like anyone else intruding, very safe and comfortable spot for her.

Maddox would be an over-the-top student who would actually shank a bitch for the lead role in the school musical. Suspended like twice a year for physically attacking someone who tried to bully him or someone else.

Ilona was a manager at a coffee shop that had to close because a customer had a Mysterious Ailment after yelling at a barista.

🧁 - When is their birthday? How do they celebrate it, if at all?

He knows when it is, he takes the opportunity to have a proper bash, sure he always performs when Angharad arranges something but with her permission he will be the main star this time. He sings, there's food and drink, it's fun.

She doesn't know, but her father always celebrated it on the anniversary that he found her and took her in so that became her birthday. Eamon asked for it and he would celebrate his wife, then after his passing she stopped keeping track. Jamie tried to find it out, and now Braith is trying too, but she keeps it to herself.

🌍 - What are this oc’s religious views?

He's a believer, why not be when the gods are very much a real thing. His faith leans towards revering gods of music, love and the ocean, but he doesn't really worship other than use his singing talents.

She believes, doesn't do anything about it, no prayers or idols other than asking the harvestman to take a hopeless patient silently and without pain.

🌊 - Does this oc have a secret or repressed desire?

He's quite an open book, he likes talking about himself, doesn't like to repress anything. If anything, people are surprised he speaks [Irish], they're used to [Welsh] and know he knows [Greek].

Nobody who's alive knows that she killed Eamon and aborted their child, and she's not telling. She would want to get closer to Braith and open her heart, but it's very scary.

🧶 - Do they do any arts, crafts, or creative hobbies?

While he loves folk music in all the languages he knows, he's written and composed a lot of his material himself. He also likes dressing up and accessorizing.

She used to make friendship bracelet style knotted threads, wore them in her hair and decorated things with them, but hasn't made one in a long while.

Loves it, fun to dance in or just lay under. Hydrating.
