well, rei/ritsu is a big No for obvious reasons. other than that i don’t like ships with characters rei has a family - type of bond with; eg. the aois, natsume, sora. i also don’t enjoy rei/eichi for some reason? i don’t hate it, but i don’t like it either.

          the hallway is narrow and ,  in retrospective ,  he should have probably chosen another space for their encounter  ( a rushed decision ,  fueled by quick thinking and trying to keep the hunter away from the kids ) ,  but nevertheless he manages to take a step to the side and dodge  ---  the knives do reach his cloak though ,  leaving a slash that he’ll need to repair later .  he clicks his tongue ,  irritated ,  as if he were scolding a rowdy child ,  ‘ are you foolish enough to believe no one has tried to kill me before ?  if it were such an easy feat ,  i’d have been buried a long time ago , ’  he keeps moving backwards ,  trying to get some space between them ,  ‘ i’ll give you one last chance :  drop the weapons now .  i do not enjoy fighting . ’

          how typical of him ,  to try and keep things to himself despite the obviousness  ---  rei holds back a chuckle at the clear denial ,  knowing that shu would not appreciate that kind of response .  instead ,  his eyes look for whatever’s holding his friend’s attention through the window ,  sneaking a couple glances in his direction every now and then ,  ‘ is that so ?  you certainly don’t look pleased ,  though , ’ rei hums ,  trying to find a possible cause for shu’smood with no luck .  his fingers tap rhythmically against his own cheek ,  ‘ is anything bothering you ,  itsuki- kun ?  you can tell your old friend ;  vampires are good at keeping secrets ,  after all~ ’

when it comes to cooking by himself, he usually goes for simple dishes: salads, instant soup, sandwiches, etc. he can bake and finds it relaxing/fun, but nowadays only indulges in it for special ocassions or if ritsu decides to join in (which is kind of a special ocassion too ---). rei’s pastries don’t look as bad as ritsu’s, but they are still ugly-ish  ---  however, they do taste good.
