The problem is that making jokes about a thing gradually desensitizes you to it, and eventually you start believing it unironically. That's why people rail on Dave Chappelle for his "comedy" and why making Holocaust jokes is a gateway to genuine Holocaust denial. Jokes reflect what you believe is and isn't to be taken seriously.

Of course, we couldn't literally kill all men, but the joke is built on the idea that punitive measures are preferable to rehabilitation, which is a cornerstone of fascist and fascist-adjacent idealogies. Once you start dehumanizing a whole group of people and calling them degenerates in some way, you open the door to corrupting your feminism with racism, classism, ableism/eugenics, exorsexism, etc. Saying "kill all men" the same way neo-Nazis say "gas the Jews" doesn't help anybody.
