The Time Has Come. The Finale for When Stars Collide has released on Itch.io.

Through the distractions, the interstate move, the drama, the random attempt by my body to self-destruct, the sleepless nights, the random and intense flare ups of chronic pain....IT HAS FINALLY HAPPENED.

The finale includes Chapters 11, 12, and 13 for each character. 2 endings per character + two tragic endings lurking in there.

113,000 words of content, bringing the game up to about 670,000 words total including the bonus scenes.

This will be the last major content update for this game. It is finished.

the guide is not yet updated. I haven't had time but I think most people will be fine without it by using the status metres and other features.

I do not have an ETA on the Steam release yet. It is planned still but again...time and distractions have just made it more difficult.

Harlequin

The grip is confident, almost possessive, with fingers clasped tightly together as if they have no intention of letting go. There is energy and impulsiveness in this gesture, as if to say, “I'm holding you, so you're with me.”

Jester

This is not a rough grasp, but a playful intertwining—a light, almost dance-like touch. The fingers are bent gently, as if the gesture is accompanied by a binary smile or bow.

Doctor

The grip is calm and supportive, not squeezing, but holding. The fingers gently wrap around yours, as if checking your pulse or simply letting you feel his beloved patient nearby.

Ticket Taker

Here, the gesture is more formal and gentle. The fingers are not intertwined, but touch each other lightly. It resembles a gallant touch or a polite gesture of accompaniment.

Pierrot

You wandered into the kingdom... and now he gets a closer look at you...

Here is my dub of the enigmatic, lovely Jestyn from Kingdom of Marionettes! I love this character; theatrical, gentle, pleasant storyteller.

I'll be posting an update on itch.io very soon with two new soundtracks composed by zensen. I'd love for you to be able to listen to them in-game! He did a fantastic job creating the atmosphere I was going for. You can follow and support zensen on YouTube, he is an electro swing DJ and composer.
