Mini-V and Big-V have different favorite frames with Mini-V favorite being Yareli and Umbra. While Big-V's favorites are Caliban and Mirage. When running solo Mini-V uses a Limbo and Big-V will use a Dante.

Big-V ended up romancing and falling for Lettie when he was sent to 1999. Mini-V isn't sure how he feels about this yet. Though his happy his older counterpart is happy, just concerned that apparently he may become a masochist.

Both Valm's view the other as a weird semi sibling. None of the Hex have gotten answer of whose the "older sibling" since they seem to trade that role back and forth. The confusion amuses them.

Both of them ended up killing their parents before the deal with Wally ever happened after the void drove them mad. They don't like talking about it.

I am not fully recovered not yet. The deep ache and burn resting in my chest and limbs tell me so. But I cannot bear to linger any longer. The sky crackles dancing a sickly rainbow. The ink black grass swept under chaotic winds. Everyone knows what comes next for me.

I walk into the underground where an old path is winding and twisting. Parts of the Zariman hang embedded in the walls like a corpse in a catacomb. I wish I could still use the Dormizone at the moment but that option has been unreliable since me and Imp fought what feels like ages ago.

Duviris cave walls with its parchment dirt give way now to a library. Am bleached echo of one anyway the tomes inside filled with Void born truths and hallowed lies. Reaching the center of the structure I stare down at the book that had changed me forever. I learned things not meant to be, I spoke in the language of black stars and dead skies. I became dust to dust and Duviri nearly went with me. But names have power and ideas are immortal.

It took ages to stitch myself grain by grain back together. Then I came back the monster all feared a traitor and worse. Drifter was the hero of Duviri, back then I didn't have the right to that role. So I took another and bleed myself dry.

Redemption came when Lotus's hand had fallen from the sky, broke me of self wrote chains. I slipped both the binding of fate and self loathing in those cycles. Today unlike back then I knew what I was doing.

I slide to the ground my panting sweat pouring into my eyes and leaving the taste of salt on my lips. I am healing faster now blessedly so. My bones no longer ache like shards of glass but they are still weak and brittle. Little more than Graphene in a capsule of flesh.

I stare out at my Duviri. The grass is only black and the dirt the yellowed of aged paper. The skies are toxic swelling green today. The jade light casting everything in slight Emerald. The crunch of footsteps draw my attention and I look to find the grinning mask of Bombastine. "Hello Valm" he says turning to look out on the world. "You'll be leaving again soon, you want to." His words are accusing even as his tone is sympathetic. I can't blame him even if I want to. I grit my teeth. My legs burn like shards of Gara's glass have been shoved though them. Leaving me leaning heavily into Teshin. The palace of Duviri around me made of carved Aggristone. Tall windows frame in bronze let the burning sky's Orange light. The lands outside spread out like Calligraphy on a page. Grand islands of black and white against brightly colored sky and clouds that reflect the moods of me and Thrax.

I take another struggling step, bones brittle as Sandstone protest. My body goes to give out but it is not Teshin alone who catches me. A almost burning arm grabs me keeping my full weight from dragging Teshin to the ground with me as my legs go limp in pain.

"Stubborn as always, overworking yourself until you collapse AND THEN trying to overworking yourself to heal." Lodun says voice sneering in a way I've long been able to see though. He looks me over then to Teshin. "And you encourage him like this! I should have you thrown back to your cave for it!" I open my mouth to object before Teshin cuts me off.

I stare as Thrax rushes to my side hands ghosting over me. The poor child-king struck full of grief at my state. I smile at him his sorrow and concern warming me against the cold of his spiral. "I will heal Thrax" I tell him gently.

"of course you'll heal!" He scoffs, false bravado unable to hide what the air around him gives away. "But...your limbs" he says his voice creaking. "It's nothing like that time Thrax. No one did this to me but myself"

The Child-King head snaps up eyes meeting mine. "Am going to tell Bombastine and Lodun." He informs me. "Until your healed you and the Hermit are moving to the Palace."

I look up at Teshin feeling my half formed snarl melt into a frown. Memories start to leak into my mind. Sandsteel and her anger, my own actions to steal Venahn back from the jaws of death. The Kuva burning and burning and BURNING until I was little more than dust held together in my own shape.

"water?" I ask my mentor's voice cracked and hissed. Blessedly he raises cool liquid to my lips, something I swallow eagerly. Barely holding in a whine when he pulls the cup holding it away. "Easy, Easy. Can you feel your limbs yet Tenno?"

I give a sharp sigh the air around me washing with heat. "No.. no I can't" I say disgruntled as another figure enters the cave.

"Wanderer! You've been here for days and not once visited or even caused me Issue what meaning is this!" Comes the irrate childs voice of Dominus Thrax. Only for the air to become chilled when he sees me.
